Aidem Construction delivered a specialist works package as part of the spa refurbishment at the Landmark Hotel. Our scope included trenching for new services, refurbishment of the swimming pool with new reinforced concrete stairs and a scum channel, and reconfiguration of drainage serving the changing facilities and toilets. We also carried out builders’ works throughout the new spa area, supporting the transformation of the hotel’s leisure facilities.
